ColdSeedPress manufactures commercial cold press screw oil machines in Turkey and supplies them to buyers abroad. We do not sell oil, and we do not sell through a shopping cart. Every enquiry is handled as a quote request.
The quote request form is the fastest and, at present, the only channel to reach the technical team. Direct contact details will be listed on this page once our new company registration is complete. Until then, please use the form. Nothing is lost by doing so: it reaches the same engineers who would answer a phone call, and a written enquiry lets us prepare a proper answer instead of a generic one.
What to Send Us
Most first replies are slow for one reason: the enquiry does not contain enough information to answer. A message that says only “send me your price list” cannot be answered usefully, because the right machine depends on what you press and how much of it. Five details are enough for us to recommend a model and quote it.
1. Your target output. Tell us how much you want to produce, and over what period. Kilograms of seed per hour, per shift, or per day all work. If you are not sure, describe it in the terms you already use, for example “one tonne of sesame per week” or “whatever I can press in an eight-hour day”. We will convert it. This decides the model more than anything else.
2. The seed or nut. Name the material you will press. Black cumin, sesame, flax, safflower, sunflower, pumpkin seed, walnut, almond, chia, hazelnut, peanut, canola, tea seed, argan, avocado, copra, soy, hemp and passion fruit seed are all handled by our presses. If you plan to press several materials on the same machine, list them all. Hard, dry, oily and fibrous seeds behave differently in the press chamber, and knowing the mix helps us advise on setup.
3. Your site voltage and phase. This is the detail most often missing, and it is the one that causes real problems after shipping. Tell us the mains voltage at the installation site and whether your supply is single-phase or three-phase. Our smaller machines are built for single-phase supply; the largest requires three-phase. If your grid differs, or if you run on a generator, say so and give the generator rating. Mention your mains frequency if you know it.
4. Country and nearest port. We need the destination country for the shipping quote, and the port or city you want the machine delivered to. If you already work with a freight forwarder or customs broker, mention that. Buyers who are inland, or who import through a neighbouring country, should say which route they normally use.
5. Your timeline. Tell us when you want the machine running. A buyer preparing for a harvest season has different needs from one still writing a business plan. We answer both, but differently. If your purchase depends on a loan, a grant, a tender or a partner’s approval, mention it. It changes what documentation we prepare for you.
Helpful, But Optional
If you can add any of the following, the first reply will be more complete.
- Your role and business type. Oil mill, food producer, distributor, cooperative, or a new venture. We answer a distributor asking about resale differently from a producer buying one machine.
- First machine or expansion. If you already press oil, tell us what equipment you run now and what is limiting you: capacity, cake quality, downtime, or labour.
- Plans for the cake. The solid residue leaving the press has value as animal feed or as an input to other products. If that matters to your business case, say so.
- Import documentation you need. Ask early which documents your customs authority and any local food or machinery approval require. Requirements differ widely between markets, and paperwork is far easier to prepare before shipment than after the machine reaches the port.
- Quantity. If you are considering more than one press, or a line of several presses in sequence, tell us how many and whether they will run in one location.
What Happens After You Send It
We read the enquiry, match it against the model range, and reply with a recommendation and a quotation. If your requirement sits between two models, we say so and explain the trade-off rather than pushing you toward the larger machine by default. If your target output does not match any single press, we will tell you that a line of several presses is the realistic answer.
If something needs clarifying, we ask a specific question instead of sending a brochure. Expect a technical conversation. You are buying production equipment that has to run in your building, on your power supply, with your seed.
Questions Before You Are Ready to Buy
You do not need a purchase decision to contact us. Use the same form for technical questions, feasibility checks, spare parts enquiries, and distribution enquiries. Write in the language of your business. Plain English is fine and does not need to be perfect.

If you want to represent ColdSeedPress machines in your market, send the form with a short description of your market, the sectors you already serve, and the support you can provide locally after installation. Local service capability matters more to us than order size in a first conversation.
