Manufacturer-stated figures

Turkish-built cold press oil machines for producers who sell oil, not hobby kits. Screw (expeller) presses that run cold, from a single bench unit to a modular line. Tell us what you press and how much per day, and we send a quote.

What we make

ColdSeedPress manufactures commercial cold press oil machines in Turkey and ships them to buyers abroad. We build the equipment only. We do not sell oil, so we never compete with the mills we supply.

The presses are screw-type expellers designed to work at low temperature. Oil leaves the press without solvent and without a hot refining step, and the press cake comes out as a dry, saleable by-product. Residual oil left in that cake is low across the range, which is the number that decides whether a batch pays for itself.

Who it is for

Buyers come to us from India, Nigeria, Kenya, Indonesia, the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. The sales process is direct: you describe the job, we recommend a model, we quote.

The range at a glance

Four single machines and one modular line. Pick by how much you need to press in a working day.

See the machines page for the full comparison.

Bench and starter tier. CSP-5 is the machine for sampling a new seed, running trial batches, or supplying a small premium label. It is light enough for one person to move and reposition.

Workshop tier. CSP-10 and CSP-15 are the working middle of the range. CSP-15 pressing through a full day covers a steady retail or wholesale order without a second shift, and it still runs on ordinary single-phase supply.

Production tier. CSP-30 is the largest single press. Its daily output supports contract pressing, a filling line, or a mill serving several customers. It needs three-phase power.

Line tier. CSP-LINE arranges presses in sequence as one installation, for capacity beyond a single machine. Configuration is agreed per project.

Why the range suits export buyers

Single-phase where three-phase does not exist. Three of the four machines run on 220V single-phase. That matters in markets where a rural site, a rented unit or a small food plant simply has no three-phase connection, and where waiting for one means not starting at all.

Grow by adding, not replacing. Because CSP-LINE is built from the same presses, expansion does not force you to scrap the machine your operators already know. You add units, and spares, training and maintenance routines stay the same.

Seed testing on request. Oilseed varies by variety, harvest, moisture and how well it was cleaned. If your crop is unusual, or if you are the first in your region to press it commercially, send a sample and we will test it and tell you what the press actually did with it.

Cake you can sell. Low residual oil in the cake means the by-product has value as feed or food ingredient rather than being waste you pay to remove.

Documentation for import. Tell us the destination country early. We prepare the technical and electrical information your customs broker and food authority will ask for, and we tell you plainly what we can and cannot supply.

How to choose

Work in this order:

  1. Start from daily volume, not machine size. How many kilograms of seed do you need to press per working day, in your busiest month?
  2. Divide by real working hours. Not 24. Use the hours your operators are actually on site, and leave time for cleaning, cooling and changeover.
  3. Check your power supply first. If the site has only single-phase, the choice is between CSP-5, CSP-10 and CSP-15 before anything else is discussed.
  4. Look at the space and the floor. The larger machines are heavier and need a stable base and room to work around.
  5. Plan the next step. If demand may double, ask about CSP-LINE now, so today’s purchase fits tomorrow’s layout.

Read the capacity guide for the full calculation, including how to convert an annual sales target into an hourly throughput requirement.

Request a quote

Send us three things: the seed or nut you press, the kilograms per day you need, and the voltage at your site. Add your country so we can address shipping and documentation in the same reply. We will recommend a model, explain why, and give you a quotation.

Request a quote and we will answer with specifics, not a brochure.

How it works

From seed to bottled oil

A cold press is one step in a short chain. Knowing the whole chain is what stops a new producer from buying the right press and still failing on output.

  1. Clean and prepareRemove stones, dust and foreign matter. Bring the seed to the right moisture.
  2. Feed the pressSeed enters the hopper and the screw draws it into the barrel.
  3. Press coldThe screw compresses the seed. Temperature stays low, so aroma and colour survive.
  4. SeparateOil drains through the cage; press cake leaves at the far end.
  5. Settle and filterLet solids drop out, then filter to the clarity your buyer expects.
Cold pressing, step by step

Do you need serial production lines?

The same presses can be set up side by side or in sequence — several units of one model — to support higher, more continuous output. How the line is arranged is quoted per project.

Send your target output, the seed you press, and the voltage at your site. We will tell you which model fits — or say so if none of them does.
